Leasing is at the core of real estate investment because of its impact on property valuation. Leasing is also at the core of our real estate practice. In the office sector, we specialize in representing building owners rather than tenants. Seyfarth’s real estate attorneys know how important it is to be responsive, so responsiveness is a key part of our culture. We also know that accuracy cannot be sacrificed for speed. We maintain quality through technical expertise, systems application and attention to detail. We know what issues matter most to value creation and avoid needless negotiation over tertiary points. We stress the important, articulate positions clearly and with respect for the tenant’s desires, have precise language to deal with issues, and turn documents quickly – thereby creating value for our clients. Our team is proficient in:
- Lease Agreements
- Lease Amendments
- Sublease Agreements
- Brokerage Commission Agreements
- Asset Management Agreements
- Subordination, Non-disturbance and Attornment Agreements
